Established in 1982, Derbyshire-based TDP Textiles is one of the largest suppliers of children’s licensed character merchandise in the UK. With a turnover exceeding £20 million, the company provides nightwear, underwear and other children’s garments to several British retailers including BHS, Tesco and Disney Stores.
TDP Textiles were looking for a software solution with the functionality of an off-the-shelf Management Information System, featuring Product Development, Stock Control, Sales Order Processing and Financial Management.
The company also required a specific Order Management system, choosing PrimaNet from Prima Solutions in 1991 as a trusted industry-specific package.
By working in partnership with TDP Textiles to fully understand their processes and practices, we were able to develop a system that is easy-to-use and does exactly as required. The integrated system means all staff have access to reap multiple benefits, particularly enhanced customer service levels.
