In 2002 Heidi Gosman and Penny Klein launched Heidi Klein – the UK’s first one-stop holiday shop focusing on high-end swim and beachwear from their boutique in Notting Hill, London.
Two years later, the Heidi Klein collection was launched. Crafted with love, the collection was an immediate success and was soon distributed through key department stores, boutiques and resorts worldwide.
With a second boutique opening in 2004 in Chelsea, London, and a third opening in 2019 in New York City, they now sell in over 150 stores in 39 countries globally.
Heidi Klein’s focus on exclusive styles and prints has earned a continued celebrity following from Kate Moss to Olivia Palermo, to Sienna Miller and Jennifer Aniston, as well as maintaining a strong following with the press and a loyal customer base.
As the business expanded, so did the diversity and complexity of operations and an understanding for the need to establish an integrated ERP system.
In 2015, the business invested in PrimaNet from Prima Solutions, a specialist industry suite of software to transform their processes, reporting and data to fulfil their ambitious growth plans.
The project brought tight demands, but with great bonds and partnerships between our teams, we successfully implemented the solution at Heidi Klein in just four months.
