As part of our project process, we firmly believe that effective user training is vital for success. Your team will be trained on the day-to-day operations of the application by our Support Analysts, passing on their knowledge and expertise to your process managers and key users.
Each session is built upon a defined set of learning outcomes and objectives, so that everyone involved can understand the expectations and what we are looking to achieve together. Our approach to training is very much hands on rather than passive demonstrations, to ensure user confidence in the system. We also have a comprehensive feedback mechanism in place for the mutual benefit of both our businesses, whereby any necessary follow-up actions can be taken.
Following these formal ERP training sessions is a period for User Acceptance Testing. As one of the most important stages of the project, your users are asked to demonstrate their own capabilities of the solution. This provides an opportunity for users to gain confidence and familiarity of the system in a test environment through a range of relevant scenarios, as outlined during the business process investigation. Although this process is predominantly managed by the customer, our professional team are always on-hand to provide support as required.
