At Prima Solutions, we have a tried and tested project management process firmly in place to ensure a successful software implementation within your business.

The key milestone events within this begin with the project initiation, in which we work with you to define the background, objectives, roles and responsibilities of the project, explaining our approach and forming an agreed project plan. After our specialist Business Analysts have understood your processes, the next milestone event is the Management Acceptance meeting, where we present the solution and confirm our understanding of your business requirements, agree modifications and obtain management confirmation. Then we hold the data take-on, key user training and data migration rehearsal, leading into the next milestone event – the readiness review. As part of this process we review the go-live checklist, ensuring users are trained and confident and that data take-on testing is completed, as well as ensuring the networks, hardware and software are ready for go-live. This all culminates in the final milestone event as PrimaNet goes live, with full implementation support from our professional project team, shortly followed by a comprehensive project review.
