Implementation Analysts play a key role in user training and user acceptance testing, providing expert support and managing queries throughout this stage. They also play a key role in the readiness review which is held a few weeks prior to go-live, to ensure that users are trained and confident, the data take-on testing is complete and sequences defined and that the hardware, software and peripherals are all ready for go-live.

When the time comes to go-live with PrimaNet, our Implementation Analysts provide onsite support throughout this period to support the process, answer questions and support users. They also provide assistance for a shorter term after set-live as your team become accustomed to a new way of working, before the project progresses to our dedicated Helpdesk team.

We see our Implementation Analysts as Knowledge Transfer Agents – they are here to provide you with the knowledge and expertise required to be confident in using our system as a platform for future growth.
