Alternatively, users can enter orders via a web-based application using a variety of browsers or handheld devices which allow remote data entry for specific customers, remote sales teams, exhibition stand representatives and more.

Stock is managed on a ‘free-to-sell’ basis which effectively controls availability at any given point in time and allows your business to forward sell and take sales orders against existing purchase orders. Plus, the returns process is highly configurable to match the processes required by your business and can include a repair service with full traceability and a variety of charging mechanisms.
