Prima Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the platinum accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating its commitment to high performance through good people management.
Prima Solutions is the UK’s market-leading software provider for the clothing, footwear and accessories industry, hosting the UK’s largest team of dedicated industry specialists. Our team has accumulated over 700 years of detailed experience and worked with many leading companies across fashion, footwear and corporate clothing.
We set out to build a business around a set of core values; working in true partnership with our customers, supporting each other to deliver solutions which add value and to enjoy doing it!
We have utilised the Investors in People framework to build our people management processes, engaging and motivating teams to provide excellent customer service and a great working environment.
The IIP Platinum accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard and is currently held by only 2.1% of IIP accredited organisations – that’s just 84 out of 4000 companies.
When ranked against their peers (companies employing up to 60 members of staff in the same market sector), Prima Solutions is ranked number one.
Investors in People has been the international standard for people management since 1991, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People have enabled organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
There are four levels of accreditation; Accredited, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Commenting on the award, Stephen Belcher, Joint Managing Director at Prima Solutions, said: “We are delighted to be awarded the Platinum accreditation and are immensely proud of everyone at Prima for their continued involvement and engagement in bringing our values to life and making the company what it is today. This is a continual journey and we remain committed to investing in our people and their development.”
The IIP Assessor commented on our success: “Their culture, based on their 6 core values underpins all decisions that are lived and breathed by everyone. The strong team ethos, no blame culture and longevity of staff (average 11 yrs.) is testament to being a “Great place to work.”
