Country & Town House Editorial Director Lucy Cleland and Editor Charlotte Metcalf chaired a judging panel which included;
Caroline Rush, Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council
Ed Vaizey, former Culture and Digital Minister and Member of the House of Lords and tech consultant
Guy Salter, representative of the British Government’s GREAT Campaign and founder of London Craft Week
Stephen Bailey, author, critic and curator
Melanie Grant, Luxury Editor of the Economist’s 1843 Magazine
Upon notification of winning the award, the company’s Joint Managing Director, William Church commented, We’re incredibly excited to have won the Great British Brand award for Best Collaboration and would like to thank Country & Town House for their support and of course to all the judges. Moreover, we’d like to thank Richard Biedul for entrusting us to bring his vision of a classic, sustainable capsule collection of British footwear to life and for his dedication to championing the artisanal craft involved.’
