Stedman Corporate Clothing is an owner-managed corporate clothing provider that has been trading successfully since 1989. Following steady and continued growth, the company outgrew its existing Sage computer systems and they decided to look for a specialist industry package with specific requirements in mind. With customer service being paramount, compiling accurate information was becoming more time-consuming, making quick responses difficult. The new system had to provide timely, accurate and up-to-date information about stock, deliveries, despatches, orders and historical information, which led Stedman CC to choose our specialist software in the summer of 2002.
Implementing the PrimaNet Order Management and Information Management modules has enabled Stedman CC to streamline their business processes and more effectively manage orders to be proactively responsive to customer requirements. For example, Stedman CC now offer a sophisticated distribution service so that when customers have placed an order they can call them off from stock as required and send the stock to the required location using the system. PrimaNet has also simplified account management, especially in terms of bespoke clothing by which Stedman CC can now give a much quicker response to customer enquiries, rather than relying on the knowledge of individuals within the team.
Stedman CC’s long-standing customers have really reaped the benefits of the investment. They now receive monthly reports of what stock has been called off and what is available to help them manage their corporate clothing more effectively and budget for the future using our software’s unique flexibility.
