Award-winning plus-size lingerie firm Curvy Kate called upon Prima to implement a personalised IT solution and customer management system. With ambitious growth plans, the brand recognised their existing systems no longer supported the business and were a growth obstacle. Focusing solely on wholesale and producing for over 200 stores in the UK alone, Curvy Kate’s supplier network has rapidly expanded across the world, distributing to 17 countries including France, Germany, Australia and America. The plus-size brand needed a system that could uniquely manage it’s customers, varying from multi channel retailers to small independent
boutiques, whilst still offering high levels of customer service.
As part of the implementation process, other significant benefits were realised as part of the project with our partnership approach and efforts to genuinely understand their business processes, rather than just implement a new system.
The implementation of PrimaNet has since provided Curvy Kate with improved stock control, efficient order processing, immediate access to information for excellent customer service and focused management information in what has been a successful project for both our teams.
